     kutil_invalidate(struct kreq *req,	struct kpair *kp);

DESCRIPTION
     The kutil_invalidate() function marks the input pair kp as	invalid, mov-
     ing it from a req-_cookiemap or req-_fieldmap bucket into the correspond-
     ing req-_cookienmap or req-_fieldnmap bucket.  It also resets kp-_type to
     KPAIR__MAX, zeroes	kp-_parsed, and	sets kp-_state to KPAIR_INVALID.
