DESCRIPTION
hal-is-caller-privileged determines if a specific caller is privileged
for a given PolicyKit action on	given device.	For more information
about both the	big picture, HAL and PolicyKit , refer to the HAL spec
(which can be found in /usr/local/share/doc/hal/spec/hal-spec.html de-
pending on the distribution) and	also the PolicyKit documentation.

wise the	textual	reply will be printed on stdout	and this program will
exit with exit code 0. Unprivileged callers (e.g. with a non-zero uid)
can only	ask about callers/processes that matches their own uid.
