     Standard C	Library	(libc, -lc)

DESCRIPTION
Frees a locale_t.	This relinquishes any resources	held exclusively by

     xlocale(3)

STANDARDS
This function conforms to IEEE Std	1003.1-2008 ("POSIX.1").
