NAME
       csg_boltzmann - Part of the VOTCA package

SYNOPSIS
       csg_boltzmann [OPTION] [OPTIONPARAMETERS]

DESCRIPTION
       Performs	tasks that are needed for simple boltzmann inversion in	an in-
       teractive environment.

       Please visit the	program	site at	__http://www.votca.org__.

OPTIONS
       nAllowed	options:

       -h [ --help ]ndisplay this help and exit

       --verbosenbe loud and noisy

       --verbose1nbe very loud and noisy

       -v [ --verbose2 ]nbe extremly loud and noisy

       --top argnatomistic topology file

	      nMapping options:

       --cg argncoarse graining	mapping	and bond definitions
	      (xml-file)

       --map-ignore argnlist of	molecules to ignore separated by ;

       --no-mapndisable	mapping	and act	on original trajectory

	      nSpecial options:

       --excl argnwrite	atomistic exclusion list to file

	      nTrajectory options:

       --trj argnatomistic trajectory file

       --begin arg (=0)nskip frames before this	time (only works for
	      Gromacs files)

       --first-frame arg (=0)nstart with this frame

       --nframes argnprocess the given number of frames
