NAME
       al_create_timer - Allegro 5 API

	      #include <allegro5/allegro.h>

	      ALLEGRO_TIMER *al_create_timer(double speed_secs)

DESCRIPTION
       Allocates and initializes a timer. If	successful, a pointer to a new
