DESCRIPTION
       This class represents the parameters used for calling the method

       Service service.	Use the	attributes of this class as arguments to

       used as a named argument	in the call to

       As an example:

	 $service_obj->DescribeOrderableDBInstanceOptions(Att1 => $value1, Att2	=> $value2, ...);

       Values for attributes that are native types (Int, String, Float,	etc)
       can passed as-is	(scalar	values). Values	for complex Types (objects)
       can be passed as	a HashRef. The keys and	values of the hashref will be
       used to instance	the underlying object.
