       OpenXPKI::Server::Workflow::Activity::NICE::IssueCRL;

Description
       Activity	to initate CRL issuance	using the configured NICE backend.

       See OpenXPKI::Server::NICE::issueCRL for	details

Parameters
   Input
       crl_validity - DateTime Spec for	CRL Validity, optional
       delta_crl (bool)	- Issue	a delta	CRL (Not supported in NICE::Local!)
       reason_code
	   List	of reason codes	to be included in the CRL (CRL Scope), default
	   is to include all reason codes.

       remove_expired
	   Boolean, if set, only certifcates with a notafter greater than now
	   are included	in the CRL, by default the CRL also lists expired
	   certificates.

   Output
       crl_serial - the	serial number of the issued crl	or pending
