NAME
       JAM_NewSubPacket	- Create a new subfield	packet

SYNOPSIS
       #include	<jamlib/jam.h>

       s_JamSubPacket* JAM_NewSubPacket(void);

DESCRIPTION
       Creates a new, empty, subfield packet.

   Arguments
       None

RETURN VALUE
       The  subpacket  handle,	if  successful,	or NULL	if a memory allocation
       failed.

EXAMPLES
       s_JamSubPacket*	 SubPacket_PS;

       SubPacket_PS = JAM_NewSubPacket();
       if (!SubPacket_PS) {
	   printf("JAM_NewSubPacket returned NULL.\n");
	   return;
       }
