NAME
       Bio::Tools::RepeatMasker	- a parser for RepeatMasker output

SYNOPSIS
	   use Bio::Tools::RepeatMasker;
	   my $parser =	Bio::Tools::RepeatMasker->new(-file => 'seq.fa.out');
	   while( my $result = $parser->next_result ) {
	     # get some	value
	   }

DESCRIPTION
       A parser	for RepeatMasker output
