Provide distinfo for the VST SDK to prevent having to to build with NO_CHECKSUM set.
make build WITH_VST=1
Dies on missing checksum information, assuming you have the distfile (and from the proper source).

| Why: | VST support code in Ardour 2.7.1 does not compile anymore, and, according
to developers, is probably broken. Version 2.8, which should be released
next week, will support VST without the need for Steinberg SDK.
