Remove the former official website, which is down. Note: I have been notified that Code2000 (with Code2001 and Code2002) are now downloadable from Sourceforge, but according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Code2000 this could be a fake, it's why I don't update the port now.
