Update to 0.9.2 which really fixes the segfault trying to thumbnail a file without a custom icon. For some reason, 0.9.1 shipped with the 0.9 code.

Add pbi-thumbnailer, a tool which generates icon thumbnails for PC-BSD installer files. It is designed to be used with the Nautilus file manager.
