Despite of its name, Apache::Session does not use mod_perl-specific modules anywhere. Since Apache::Session is useful much beyond mod_perlified environment, make the port to not depend on mod_perl. PR: 51656 Approved by: maintainer

Add patches that cause Apache::Session to give the administrator a clue as to WHICH file or directory is missing when it dies because it is unable to create, read or write a session file. Without these patches, setting up things like PageKit and other mod_perl-based software can be much more time-consuming than it needs to be. These patches will be submitted back to the author.

Lots and lots of cleanups. Teach p5-* in general about PKGNAMEPREFIX. Add some missing/wrong dependencies. Show how to respect CC/CFLAGS. Many miscellaneous modifications.
