Update to 0.90. I am letting transmission to use libevent in its tarball that will be build in static, because of libevent port has a crazy library change at the each release (libevent-1.<version>.so.1).

Update to 0.70, as for transmission-gtk2, the prefix has been changed from X11BASE to LOCALBASE.
