new port of PBS 2.2p11, the portable batch scheduler This is the last freely redistributable version (newer ones are available under a restrictive license, though still at no charge). Rodney Mach <rmach@engin.umich.edu> helped by finding the distfile. He has written a patch to this version of PBS for AFS support.
