Reset maintainer (who is also upstream author) at his request.  This code
needs to be updated to work with the new USB stack.

While here, set for deprecation (with long cycle) and fix WWW site.

- Supports Linux now too (Brad.Hards@dao.defence.gov.au)

Import of ezload.

EZLOAD allows you to download firmware into and upload firmware from the
memory of a EZ-USB chip.  An example program for the ActiveWire
board is included, including the Hex file with firmware for it.
