Use the email address from the FreeBSD project for my ports. Rink Springer also asked me if he could maintain his own ports. Change maitainership of games/sudsol, net/freedbd and net/kissd to Rink. Approved by: philip (mentor), rink

DirectX header files for use with MinGW. These header files are used by the SDL project to compile SDL on Cygwin, but can also be used to compile native applications for Windows with MinGW.
